TwitX queries Twitter's user entity endpoints, removes the circular crop filter, and fetches the original raw upload resolution.

In addition to profile avatars, TwitX automatically isolates the official 1500×500 widescreen profile header banner with a single click.

The profile owner is never notified. No Twitter account login or personal cookies are required to look up and download public profile pictures.
Verified & VIP Support
Works across all public accounts including celebrities, journalists, news agencies, brands, and verified gold/blue organization profiles.
Why App Screenshots Cannot Capture Full-Resolution Avatars
When you view a Twitter (X) profile in your mobile app or browser, the platform intentionally serves heavily downscaled thumbnail avatars (e.g. _normal.jpg at 48×48 px or _bigger.jpg at 73×73 px) clipped inside a circular SVG mask.
- • Capped at 48×48 or 73×73 thumbnail pixels
- • Forcibly cropped into a circle (cuts out corners, logos & backgrounds)
- • Blurry, pixelated, and full of compression artifacts on zoom
- • Cannot save or extract profile header banners
- • Full uncompressed master resolution (up to 2048×2048 px)
- • Complete uncropped square image preserving all corners & background
- • Razor-sharp clarity, lossless detail, and vibrant color gamut
- • 1-click download of the official 1500×500 widescreen banner header
TwitX DP Downloader reconstructs the authentic master image URL from Twitter's CDN nodes, removing the thumbnail suffix to retrieve the unaltered file uploaded by the creator.
